Participant’s self-assessment of knowledge of eight subject matters before and after taking the course on a 10-point Likert scale ranked as follows:

• Change Management: 71% increase in knowledge (from 4.37 to 7.49)
• Cultural Competency: 31% increase in knowledge (from 5.90 to 7.74)
• Discrimination and Harassment: 29% increase in knowledge (from 6.38 to 8.23)
• Effective Communication: 18% increase in knowledge (from 6.93 to 8.20)
• Gender Equity: 38% increase in knowledge (from 5.66 to 7.80)
• Imposter Syndrome: 88% increase in knowledge (from 4.09 to 7.69)
• LGBTQ Issues: 73% increase in knowledge (from 4.21 to 7.31)
• Unconscious Bias: 41% increase in knowledge (from 5.83 to 8.20)
